How To Order
1) Prepare File according to below
instructions.
2) Email file with the following information:
Bill To
Ship To
Contact Phone #, Email Address
Contact Name for Shipping location(s) if
different.
Once your files have been received and approved, we
will email your invoice with payment link. If there are
any questions or concerns, we will contact you in advance. Feel free to give us a ring before
you order.

Artwork Requirements:
1) Use File Set Up Guide Graphic shown on quote site.
2) Safty Margins: Top - 1", Bottom - 3" 3) File Size: 100%
4) No Bleed, No Crop Marks
5) Image Resolution: 150 dpi
6) Color Format: CMYK
7) Fonts: Convert to Outlines
8) File Format: .PDF (preferred) .or .JPG only (300 MB max)
9) Email to info[at]mitchellmarketinginc.com; wetransfer.com for larger files - 1
artwork per stand, no zip files.

Next Day Shipping
If a file is uploaded/approved on a business day BEFORE 2:30 pm PST, then the order will
be shipped on the following business day. (If there is a problem with the file, it won't be shipped
the next day.).
All times are based on normal business days, Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please
note turn around time does not include shipping time.
Same Day Rush Service
Same Day Rush service is available for double the regular price. If a file is
uploaded/approved on a business day BEFORE 10:30 am PST, then the order will be shipped on the same
day. (If there is a problem with the file, it won't be shipped until the next day). Transit time,
not included. Contact Us with any questions.

Banner Design Service
Call for a quote. Standard design layout includes typesetting and up to 3 client
supplied, print ready images. Additional images/graphics, image editing and other
make-ready services are not included and are quoted on a per job bases. Proofs will be
provided in 1-2 business days.
